Closing the Loop – Graduate Case Competition World Cup Finals, Presented by Adobe

50 teams made it into this competition. Now, five are left – and only one will take home the title.

Watch them go head-to-head in the final round of the 2027 Case Competition World Cup – Graduate Track, presented by Adobe, co-hosted with Case Questions.

The case centers on a hypergrowth direct-to-consumer brand that wins first-time buyers easily but struggles to turn them into repeat customers. Each team was tasked with raising its 90-day repeat purchase rate by 6 points and cutting customer acquisition cost by 10 percent – all within a fixed marketing budget.

To build their recommendations, every team worked in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, analyzing customer behavior across web, app, email, SMS, and paid social to find which marketing spend was driving repeat purchases and which wasn't. Every recommendation they present has to be grounded in that analysis.

Each team will present their recommendations live to a judging panel from Adobe, Accenture, OC&C, Simon-Kucher, and A&M CRG, and take questions on the spot. At the end, one team will be named Graduate Case Competition World Cup Champion.
