Nov 2026 The Consulting Experience Gap
Register free.
Career services teams, faculty, and deans are looking for more ways to offer experiential learning, and consulting is one of the harder fields to build it around. Students need real exposure to the firms and the work before they submit an application.
On Wednesday, November 4 at 1PM ET / 10AM PT, Anna McCuiston will show how the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business does it.
Anna is Program Manager of the Consulting Accelerator, which supports students seeking consulting roles across Lindner and the rest of the university by connecting academics and student organizations to consulting firms, with a strong alumni base behind it. Lindner was also an early mover on experiential learning, which makes it a good school to learn from.
You'll leave with a clear picture of how the Accelerator is set up and how it brings consulting firms into your students' experience, plus the pieces your school or program could start with first.
If you want a way to put this into practice for your own students, MC's Consulting Lab is now enrolling for the Spring 2027 cohort. It's a 12-week project with a real client, where students follow the arc of a consulting engagement and finish with hands-on experience for their resumes.
All registrants will get the replay.
