More about Divya Agarwal
Ex-McKinsey, MIT Sloan MBA, Wharton Undergrad
Divya spent 8 years with McKinsey as an Associate Partner in the Organization Performance, People and Transformation practice. She is the Founder and CEO of Vivekam, a boutique talent development Firm. At McKinsey, she led the Northeast region recruiting efforts and coached, interviewed, and was part of position interviews for ~500 candidates.
Beyond supporting her clients in organizational and people effectiveness, she revels most in building and leading more conscious teams. Her early training as a gymnast and dancer, coupled with the last 20 years of yoga (RYT200 certified) and athletic development, has led her to use movement and embodiment practices to support individuals in accessing and processing thoughts, emotions, and energy.
Divya received her BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, MBA from MIT, and MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School.
Note: Divya intentionally offers sessions at the top of the hour and leaves a 5 minute break between coaching sessions. When booking with Divya, please book on the hour (e.g., 3pm, 4pm).
