Case interview season is heating up! McKinsey, Bain, and BCG have sent our interview invites for several roles and more will go out shortly. In addition, Big 4 and boutique firms are gearing up for the fall recruiting cycle.

This free event will show what to expect in an MBB case interview. This session will be led by Marcus Jilla, a Management Consulted case coach and former BCG consultant and project leader.

Marcus Jilla Bio:

Marcus spent 2 years at BCG in Asia as consultant / project leader, and was a core member of the Consumer, Technology and PE/VC practices. He led notable due diligence (>$1.5bn capital raised) and strategy projects across 6 countries and was heavily involved in recruitment and talent development.

Joining consulting from a non-traditional background (entrepreneurship), having founded and exited a $10m consumer business, Marcus is adept at advising candidates from diverse backgrounds on effective approaches and how to leverage their strengths. He has coached over 35 candidates and given over 200 cases with highly successful hiring outcomes.

After leaving BCG, Marcus served as VP of strategy at a $400m BlackRock-backed e-commerce scale-up, and now runs a successful independent consulting practice for major clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Business and a Masters in International Relations (SOAS) and is an avid adventure traveller, most recently completing a 1200km cycle race through the high mountains of Kyrgyzstan.
