- Leading up to August 17: Self-paced pre-work on core consulting skills
- Sat, August 17 (12PM ET): Project Kickoff
- August 19-22: Individual work on your workstream + 2 team and 2 mentor meetings
- Thu, August 22 (1PM ET): Interim presentation
- Fri, August 23 (1PM ET): Final client presentation
