Grab a 15-minute slot with a member of our University Support team. They'll walk you through your options and make the right workshop recommendation for your students.

Sign contract
Welcome aboard! Once we've aligned on workshop content and timing, our team will send over a contract. Don't worry - we've worked with universities for 15 years, and know how to navigate the red tape of the procurement process.

Receive marketing materials
Next, you'll receive best-in-class marketing materials to enable you to maximize student attendance. Want us to record a 30-second promo for your office's social media channels? We'll do that too.

Pre-workshop check in
It's almost time! Around 1-2 weeks prior to the workshop, we'll check in with you to ensure all logistics are handled. Are students registered? Do they have the proper Zoom link or room information? We'll make sure nothing is missed.

Workshop!
Whether we're on campus or virtual, the big day has arrived! We'll be ready to go 10 minutes before our scheduled start time so that you can join us early and get any of your last minute questions answered. After that, it's time to put the students through their paces!
