Salaries at OC&C Strategy vary depending on role, experience and location. Here are the basic numbers you can expect as a general base.

OC&C Strategy Undergraduate & Master’s Consultant Salary:

- $110,000 Base
- Up to $25,000 Performance Bonus
- Up to $144,500 Total Cash

OC&C Strategy Interview Prep

OC&C Strategy screens applicants based on their academic and extracurricular achievements. Candidates who pass the screening stage are invited to first-round interviews, consisting of two back-to-back interviews with different interviewers, including both fit and case questions, typically two 30-minute case questions.

The second-round interviews are usually conducted by Partners or Associate Partners. Candidates are paired with Associate Consultant “buddies” to answer questions and provide insights into the firm.

Despite its relaxed culture, OC&C's interviewers are highly experienced and may ask challenging questions to assess stress management. Thorough preparation for both rounds is essential to succeed.
