SKEMA Business School
A global, multi-campus model
SKEMA (formed via a 2009 merger of ESC Lille and CERAM Sophia-Antipolis) is a private, non-profit French business school built around a distinctive network of campuses across five continents — including France, China, Brazil, South Africa, and the United States. That structure is central to SKEMA’s identity: campuses are deliberately placed in recognized business and innovation hubs, giving students built-in multicultural exposure and international professional experience as part of the degree itself, not an optional add-on.
Strong, climbing global rankings
SKEMA ranked No. 18 worldwide in the Financial Times’ 2025 Masters in Management ranking and No. 2 worldwide in Finance (Masters in Finance, pre-experience) — with the school having jumped from No. 41 globally in 2022 to the top 5–7 range in subsequent years. Its Master in International Business program was ranked 5th globally by The Economist.
Career outcomes
SKEMA reports a 95% employment rate within six months of graduation, with roughly 55% of graduates working abroad — a reflection of the program’s international design. The school’s alumni network spans more than 60,000 graduates globally.
Consulting as a recognized outcome, with a dedicated program
Consulting sits among SKEMA’s most common graduate career paths, alongside finance, marketing, and management. The school also offers a specific MSc in Business Consulting & Digital Transformation, giving students a named academic track directly aligned with consulting careers, in addition to broader consulting placement through its Grande École (PGE) program.
Built-in career support
SKEMA’s Talent & Careers office supports every student with CV and interview coaching, career-plan design, and structured access to recruiters through forums, company presentations, and recruitment sessions — plus mandatory internships and apprenticeships woven into every program.
Recruiting employers
Regular recruiters include Accenture, Amazon, AXA, BNP Paribas, Capgemini, Chanel, Coca-Cola, Dassault Systèmes, General Electric, L’Oréal, Oracle, Orange, Samsung, and Volkswagen — spanning consulting, luxury, tech, and industrial sectors.
