Interview Tips & Tricks

The interview process can be a bit stressful mainly because they are looking for people who can contribute to their already existing creative world; you will definitely want to prepare for the interview. For technical and behavioral aptitude they dig deep into the person’s knowledge, way of thinking, and responses.
The time from application to offer can range from 1 week to 2 months. Intuit takes a comprehensive approach to making sure that you will be a good fit at the firm, sometimes leading to a longer application process. After the phone call, you’ll be called in to a local office for at least 3 rounds of interviews, usually back to back to back. The interviews at Intuit are mostly behavioral in nature, so be prepared for this with specific hero stories where you can show measurable outcomes stemming from action you took.
Once you have received an offer, Intuit is generally willing to negotiate with you, so it may not be a bad idea to secure an interview or two with some competitors in the industry to see if you can get Intuit to up their offer a bit.
