Interview Coach job description

You are:

  • A former, full-time McKinsey, Bain or BCG consultant
  • Relationship-driven and obsessed with providing a superior client experience
  • Flexible with work hours and seasons; able to manage in a low-structure, off-site environment

You will:

  • In a virtual environment, work 1:1 with clients from diverse backgrounds (undergrad, MBA, experienced hire, etc.) to provide behavioral/case interview preparation and recruiting support (i.e., networking tactics, resume review)
  • Set your own schedule and availability, but be available for an average of 15 hours per week on a rolling 3 month basis
  • Not cancel or reschedule scheduled sessions

MC will:

  • Provide you with access to case materials
  • Provide booking system
  • Perform client acquisition
  • Promote you as a coach
