What actually happens in a McKinsey case interview — and how are candidates really evaluated?
In this live session, you’ll watch a true-to-life McKinsey-style case interview, led by Jali Packer, former Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company and experienced case coach.
This is not a walkthrough or a scripted demo. It’s a real case, run the way McKinsey interviews are actually conducted.
Jali will interview a candidate live, pressure-test their thinking, and assess performance exactly as a McKinsey interviewer would. He’ll pause to break down what strong candidates do differently, where most applicants slip, and how interviewers evaluate structure, problem-solving, and communication.
You’ll learn:
- How McKinsey interviewers frame and drive cases
- What truly differentiates strong candidates from the rest
- How to perform under real interview pressure
This is the closest you can get to sitting on the other side of the McKinsey interview table.
