Aditya is a former McKinsey consultant and investment banker with over 8 years of experience across strategy, operations, and M&A across North America and Asia. He has advised senior executives in telecommunications, banks, and PE funds, delivering enterprise transformations, acquisitions, post-merger integrations, and operating model redesigns.
In addition to client work, Aditya has been deeply involved in recruiting and candidate assessment, leading multiple hiring cycles at top business schools and personally conducting consulting case and behavioural interviews.
Having secured simultaneous offers from McKinsey, BCG, and Bain during his own MBA recruiting journey, he brings firsthand insight into what top firms look for and how candidates can stand out at every stage of the process.
