More About Juliane
Ex-Bain
Juliane Hoss is an experienced systemic coach with clients from all around the world. Her career started as a management consultant with Bain & Company in Johannesburg where she worked for three years in the Private Equity Group and on large transformation projects. Afterwards, she was asked to build a niche research and consulting company for a trust developing structures and services for public sector consulting.
In 2023, she joined a newly launched management consulting company called Anura Partners in South Africa, where she leads training activities and conducts case interviews with prospective candidates. She holds a Masters in Psychology from the University of Constance, Germany, and a Masters in Human Resources and Organisations from the Department of Management at the London School of Economics.
She is passionate about youth work, personal growth and transformation - over the past 10 years, she has built a non-profit organization focusing on diversity, societal justice, anti-racism.
