Samsung’s Global Strategy Group (GSG) serves as an incubation center for future general managers across Samsung Group. The program is designed to develop high-potential talent by providing consultants with two years of strategic project work before transitioning them into key roles within Samsung’s business units.
After completing their tenure at GSG, members typically move into Line Manager or Strategic Staff roles within a Samsung division. Many eventually advance into leadership positions either overseas or at Samsung’s headquarters in South Korea. The program provides exposure to corporate strategy, business transformation, and international market expansion, positioning participants for long-term success within the company.
