Kea & Partners, established in 2001 by former consultants from Gemini and Bossard, is a management consulting firm headquartered in Malakoff, France. The firm rapidly expanded, reaching over 50 employees within months of its inception, each holding a shareholder stake. This growth was further bolstered by securing financing from more than 40 external investors, underscoring its innovative approach.

In 2010, Kea & Partners co-founded The Transformation Alliance, a global network of consulting firms including Sweden’s Preera, Germany’s h&z, Italy’s MBS Consulting, and the UK’s Q5. Today, this alliance operates in over 12 countries across five continents, enhancing the firm’s international reach.
