AlixPartners is a global business advisory firm offering comprehensive services to improve corporate performance, execute corporate turnarounds, and provide litigation consulting and forensic accounting services. The firm’s specialty is urgent, high-impact situations when results really matter. It was the recipient of a record four awards from the Turnaround Management Association in 2008.

AlixPartners consulting is a consulting firm famous for its “turnaround” initiatives. It was founded by Jay Alix in 1981, and since then the firm has advised a few of the greatest Chapter 11 reorganizations. These reorganizations include  Kmart, General Motors, and Enron. Since then, Alix Partners has expanded into a more formal consulting market, with a staff of over moved into a more traditional consulting space, growing to a staff of over 2,500. The firm is now headquartered in New York, but it also has offices in 27 cities globally.

Undergraduate/Master's Consultant Salary
  • Base: $110,000
  • Performance Bonus: up to $10,000
  • Total Cash: up to $120,000

  • Signing Bonus: $5,000
Incoming MBA/PHD Consultant Salary
  • Base: $180,000
  • Performance Bonus: at least $60,000 (uncapped)
  • Total Cash: at least $240,000
