CohnReznick History

CohnReznick as we know it today was created in 2012 through the merger of two firms, J.H. Cohn in Roseland, New Jersey, and Reznick Group in Bethesda, Maryland. J.H. Cohn, however, was founded in 1919, giving CohnReznick a long history of tax experience that spans more than a century. CohnReznick is also part of Nexia, an international network of independent tax and accounting firms, connecting it to more than 23,000 professionals in over 115 countries. CohnReznick Interview

CohnReznick’s first round is a personalized video interview and if the applicant is moved on, they’ll attend CR Talent Days, where two virtual interviews with professionals will take place. Decisions are made after that round. While some days and meetings in the office are required, scheduling is always flexible, and remote work is encouraged. Some on campus recruiting processes vary, and these often include more traditional interviews. Often an initial round where they may ask you to walk them through your resume and ask general questions about your interests and experience, followed by several rounds at higher levels of leadership.
