Tauseef is an ex-BCG Principal and Senior Director with over a decade of experience at BCG in healthcare, AI transformation, and go-to-market strategy. He has led large-scale digital transformations, shaped enterprise-wide strategies, and advised senior executives across multiple industries on leveraging technology to accelerate growth and operational efficiency.

Having successfully navigated the highly competitive MBB recruiting process himself—securing multiple offers from top firms—Tauseef deeply understands the challenges aspiring consultants face. Over the years, he has mentored more than 200 candidates from diverse backgrounds, whilst mentoring over 2000 hours including PhDs, postdocs, undergraduates, and senior professionals transitioning into consulting. With a strong placement rate into MBB and other leading boutique firms, his track record speaks to his personalized and results-driven approach.

His coaching is rooted in real consulting experience. Every case he uses is based on actual BCG projects, covering a range of topics including pricing, growth strategy, market entry, M&A, profitability, and AI-driven transformations. Having recently left BCG in July 2025, Tauseef brings up-to-date insights into how consulting firms operate today and how recruiting expectations are evolving.

Tauseef holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and is a proud founder of the largest student-run medical device incubator in the United States (Sling Health). In his free time, Tauseef enjoys cooking, travelling and playing sports (cricket, basketball primarily).
