Rafaella worked at McKinsey for 4 years, her focus was on strategy, operations, digital transformation, advanced analytics, and M&A. She is also familiar with the transition process from generalist to digital consultant.
As an additional project, she had a leadership role as the recruiting pillar for Interns, Business Analysts, Digital tracks and Associates, where she took part in mentoring and coaching more than 150 candidates.
At Management Consulted, Rafaella has mentored more than 100 candidates from around the world who were targeting top tier consulting firms for positions from intern to manager.
Rafaella is Head of Strategic Projects at Series A fintech Barte and is now heading to Harvard for her 2-year MBA. She is available to conduct sessions in English and/or Portuguese.
