Neha is a former Bain & Company consultant and current Technology Strategy Manager in PayPal's Office of the CTO. At Bain, she advised Fortune 500 companies and private equity investors on growth strategy, commercial due diligence, digital transformation, and operating model improvement initiatives.

Neha brings a unique perspective to coaching, having successfully navigated a career transition from software engineering to management consulting and corporate strategy. Prior to Bain, she spent more than eight years in technology leadership and engineering roles and earned a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University. She later completed her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she served as Co-Chair of the Consulting Club.

As Co-Chair of the Booth Consulting Club, Neha helped 22 MBA students secure consulting offers and led numerous consulting preparation initiatives, including case interview training sessions, "Transition to Consulting" workshops, internship preparation programs, and events supporting women pursuing consulting careers for over 500+ students. She also developed recruiting resources and mentored students throughout the consulting recruiting process.

In addition to her student leadership experience, Neha participated in Bain's MBA recruiting efforts, screening candidates and conducting mock case interviews. These experiences provided her with firsthand insight into what top consulting firms look for in successful candidates and how interview performance is evaluated.

Neha has coached more than 100 students and accumulated over 200 hours of case interview coaching experience. She also serves as a resume editor for Management Consulted, helping candidates craft compelling stories and position their experiences effectively.

Neha is particularly passionate about helping career switchers, engineers, STEM professionals, MBA candidates, and experienced hires translate their backgrounds into a compelling consulting narrative. Her coaching combines practical recruiting insights, structured case-solving techniques, and personalized guidance to help candidates approach interviews with confidence and secure offers at top consulting firms.
