Mitali is a former Bain & Company Senior Consultant, an ex-Bain interviewer, and a master case coach who has rigorously cased 350+ candidates, guiding them into top-tier MBB offices across the US and EMEA. Because she has actively worked with the Bain recruiting teams to evaluate and shortlist profiles, Mitali knows exactly what decision-makers are looking for, and exactly where candidates go wrong.

Armed with ~5 years of consulting experience, an MBA from London Business School, and a background as a Chartered Accountant, Mitali brings intense analytical rigor and strategic depth to every session. During her time at Bain’s London office, she executed high-stakes engagements in profitability strategy, cost optimization, and post-merger integration. Prior to this, while at Deloitte Strategy & Operations, she drove global impact on several projects across Europe, Asia, and Australia.
