George spent over 5 years at McKinsey & Company in New York, where he was a core leader in the firm's TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom), Transformation, and Operations practices and contributed to its pro bono social impact work alongside his client engagements. He partnered with executives to reimagine their organizations and navigate critical inflection points, building ambitious strategies and leading enterprise-wide transformation programs that delivered sustainable impact and fundamental behavioral change. Over his tenure, his work drove more than $3B of validated recurring EBITDA improvement.

At McKinsey, George led University of Pennsylvania undergraduate recruiting, one of the firm's most competitive pipelines, where he personally screened thousands of applicants, coached candidates, conducted 100+ interviews, and shaped hiring decisions.
