Diana Ivanov Coach Bio

Diana spent nearly 5 years at McKinsey across two stints in Sydney, Australia and New York, working across various industries including consumer, technology, media, telecommunications and financial services. After three years in Sydney, she moved to London where she worked for Via, a Transportation Tech start-up, in leadership roles across Operations, Product and General Management. She then earned her MBA from Harvard Business School, before returning to McKinsey New York for another two years. She now works as a Product Strategy & Operations Principal at Google New York in the Cloud AI business.

Diana is interviewer trained and has conducted over 200+ case coaching sessions through McKinsey recruiting, HBS, and MC. She is returning to the platform after initially coaching with us from 2021-2023. Her style is collaborative and focuses on developing candidate confidence through personalized, strengths-based learning plans.
