The Gabelli School of Business Full-Time MBA is a two-year program based at Fordham’s Lincoln Center campus in Midtown Manhattan, combining rigorous coursework with direct access to one of the world’s largest business hubs.

Rising rankings momentum

Gabelli’s full-time MBA has climbed steadily in recent years — ranked No. 76 in the world by the Financial Times’ 2026 Global MBA Ranking, up from No. 100 in 2024, and now the second-highest ranked full-time MBA program in New York City on that list. The program also holds a strong overall alumni satisfaction score of 9.136 out of 10.

Strong outcomes

85% of graduates were employed within three months of completion
Median base salary of $120,000 for new graduates
Notable year-over-year gains in alumni network, career progress, and career services rankings

Curriculum built for flexibility

The program follows a traditional structure — a first year of core fundamentals followed by a second year of electives — with seven concentration options (including Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Information Systems Management) and five additional “designation” tracks that let students specialize further.

Consulting and experiential learning

Students can pursue a capstone Business Consulting Project, or take part in Immersion Week each January — a five-day deep dive visiting a dozen New York City companies across industries, including firms like JPMorgan Chase, Disney, and Tiffany & Co. Gabelli sent 13.3% of its most recent graduating class with reported hires into consulting roles, alongside larger shares in Financial Services (35%) and Technology (11.7%).

A global, diverse cohort

International students make up 59% of the program, representing 16 nationalities. The average student is 28 years old with 5.3 years of work experience, and the mean GMAT score is 659.

NYC as the classroom

Fordham leans on its Manhattan location throughout the MBA experience — from guest speakers and case competitions to a dedicated Social Innovation Lab and access to research centers like the Gabelli Center for Global Security Analysis and the Center for Digital Transformation.
