Offer Panel – Media Release

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Jungle Guides Inc. (“Company”), operating as Management Consulted, the irrevocable right and permission to record, film, photograph, and otherwise capture my name, face, voice, likeness, image, and statements during the Management Consulted Offer Panel (the “Event”), and to use, reproduce, edit, excerpt, distribute, and publicly display such recordings and materials in perpetuity, in any format or medium now known or hereafter developed.

Permitted uses include, but are not limited to: YouTube, social media platforms (including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook), the Company's website, email marketing, promotional materials, educational content, podcast audio, highlight clips, and any other Company-owned or Company-operated channels.

I understand and agree that:

• All recordings and materials created from the Event are and shall remain the sole property of the Company.
• This authorization is irrevocable. I waive any right to inspect, approve, or request removal of any content in which I appear, in whole or in part.
• The Company may edit, clip, combine, or adapt materials at its sole discretion without further notice or approval.
• I will receive no monetary compensation for any use of the materials described in this release.
• I release and discharge the Company and its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the recording, use, publication, or distribution of such materials.
• I represent that I am 18 years of age or older and have full legal authority to enter into this agreement.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is headquartered, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
