The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is a two-year rotational program at GE focused on developing future leaders in sales and marketing. Participants complete three to four rotations across different business units, gaining hands-on experience in commercial functions while strengthening their leadership, critical thinking, and strategic execution skills.
The program is designed to build a pipeline of commercial talent by exposing individuals to diverse challenges in customer engagement, market strategy, and business development. CLP participants work closely with GE leadership and cross-functional teams to drive key business initiatives, making it a strong foundation for long-term career growth within the company.
