Your Strategy Sprint Schedule

Strategy Sprint Has Helped Set Hundreds Up For Consulting Success
Olivia, Strategy Sprint ParticipantWorking with Management Consulted on a Strategy Sprint has given me the chance to experience the life of a consultant in one week. It was an amazing week with so much to learn and execute an amazing project. I give it a five star and recommend this experience to anyone who is interested in consulting. It is a real life experience with a real life client. The best part was hearing the client's appreciation and the "Wow!" factor in his reaction to what our group presented him. I look forward to seeing where the client takes the business with our findings. Very fulfilling experience!
Emma, Strategy Sprint ParticipantThis is my fourth strategy sprint and I have see a gradual improvement in my progress in terms of hard skills: 1) Applying the knowledge learned (via MC) to real-time problem-solving. 2) My confidence levels increased in terms of case solving and communicating. 3) My coach was wonderful in terms of structuring my thoughts and aligning with the case objective whenever I got lost. She not only helped me with my hard skills but also coached me on soft skills which were needed and most essential at this point in time for me. Overall it was a very enriching experience! Thanks Jenny Rae and the entire MC team.
Jordan, Strategy Sprint ParticipantThe best part of this experience was being able to see how an ex-MBB consultant solved problems. The real-world experience of consulting an actual firm also made sure that there were actual stakes to what we were doing!
Axel, Strategy Sprint ParticipantI learned more in this single course than in the first semester of my masters program.

Find out if consulting is right for you...
“Should I pursue a career in consulting?” If you’re asking yourself this question, you’re not alone. However, there’s only one real way to know - to try it out! And until now, there hasn’t been an accessible way for you to do just that.
The consulting recruiting process is tremendously competitive and requires a sizable investment of time, effort, and intentionality. And when you get an offer, the consulting lifestyle can be intense, with long hours and often frequent travel. It’s not for everyone.
Wouldn’t it be better to experience a consulting project firsthand before committing to months of networking, applications, and interview preparation? Now you can.
Strategy Sprint gives you a taste of an actual strategy consulting engagement, starting with 10 hours of pre-project training. Then, you’re staffed on a team of six led by a former MBB consultant. Together, you’ll work to solve the most pressing challenge facing a real-world business.
...And build your resume at the same time
In short, candidates with a demonstrated interest in consulting and relevant real-world experience are the ones who stand out.
If you want to bolster your resume with real-world consulting experience and signal to firms that you’re serious about breaking into the field, Strategy Sprint is for you. As a Strategy Sprint consultant, you’ll own a major piece of analysis, interact with the client, and play an instrumental role in putting the final recommendation together. As a result, you’ll build core consulting skills on top of receiving daily mentorship from your MBB project leader.
At the end of your Strategy Sprint engagement, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion, and we’ll even help you integrate the Strategy Sprint experience into your resume.
How is Strategy Sprint different?
Purchase NowMentorship from a former MBB Consultant
There’s no better way to learn consulting than from someone who has succeeded at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
Your Strategy Sprint team will be led by an MBB alum who will ensure your team approaches the client engagement the same way the top firms do. You’ll take part in two team meetings, two 1:1 check ins, and a partner review to ensure you’re on the right track.
Work For A Real Client
You'll work in a small case team to answer a strategic growth question posed by a real client.
This looks like forming a hypothesis, conducting research and analysis, building a PowerPoint deck, and presenting a recommendation to the client's C-suite.
Your Contribution Matters
In Strategy Sprint, you own a project workstream. If you don’t deliver, you impact the rest of your team - just like in the real world. On the other hand, if you deliver meaningful insights, you have great stories to share in future interviews!
An Incredible Value
Strategy Sprint builds your consulting skills and resume for thousands less than comparable programs. It’s the perfect way to explore consulting and build your resume without breaking the bank.
Works For Your Schedule
We know you have a lot going on - that’s why the Strategy Sprint schedule is designed for flexibility. The engagement allows maximum flexibility for full-time students and working professionals.

Sat, Mar. 7, 12PM ET: Kickoff
Get ready to roll! You’ll meet your project team, your MBB Project Leader (PL), and the client. Collaborating with your team, you’ll draft a data request to help guide the next phase of your engagement.
-
Mar. 7-12: Customer Discovery
Independently explore your client’s business ecosystem - researching customers, competitors, market trends, and more. This is your chance to uncover insights that support or challenge your team’s hypothesis. You’ll work at your own pace while staying aligned with your team’s goals.

Shift from research to execution - building out your workstream, testing your hypothesis, and preparing your team’s recommendations. The big day. You’ll present your final recommendations directly to the client, sharing the story of your insights, analysis, and strategic thinking. It’s your moment to shine - and a chance to experience what real consulting looks like. 100% of clients have implemented the recommendations they’ve been given!
