In the 80s, the firm diversified into the public sector, in the U.K. and internationally. Then, In the 90s, the firm shifted into IT consulting, with a primary focus on customer relationship management, and rebranded as Detica. Post 9/11, security became the key issue for public and private-sector organizations.
