Case Study Intro
Our client is an established budget airline that has a flight footprint across most of Europe. The client currently operates a range of cheap short haul flights from the UK to various European destinations. There is no business class cabin on any of their flight, and their brand is perceived to be budget (value for money).
They are considering entering a new market for business class flights. Specifically, they are considering running an all business-class service within Europe (i.e., no economy class seats on the flight). They want our advice on whether this is a good idea and if so, how they should execute it.
Note: Assume COVID is no longer a consideration.
