In this Deloitte case study, the client is a producer of distilled spirits. The company has brought you in to help address a declining profitability issue. Your job is to dig into the profitability and determine the root cause(s) of the issue.
Use the Profitability Framework to solve the case. However, don’t get stuck on the basic frameworks. The most desirable consulting candidates use a combination of frameworks and their own business knowledge to come up with a custom structure tailored to the business situation.
This case doesn’t have any math diagrams. The case is similar to a first round at Deloitte.
