Case Study Prompt
Our client is T-Mobile, one of the largest U.S. mobile carriers (but not the largest). The company has been experiencing declining growth, particularly when compared to its competitors.
We have been brought on to develop a cost-effective growth strategy.
Case Study Overview
This is a PwC growth strategy case study. Your client is a cellular carrier that has seen shrinking growth. You’ve been tasked with the development of a strategy to get the company back on a growth track in a cost-effective way.
When thinking about a framework for the case, you can start with a basic framework like the Profitability Framework, but don’t stop there. Think outside the box and tailor your framework to the specific demands of the case!
There is one math diagram in the case, which is a Round 1 case you could expect in a PwC first round.
