Your client is a large Canadian bank that is installing ATM’s in all of its branches. They are ready to pull the trigger and have come to you to get sound advice and analysis of their proposed strategy. In this Mercer style case study topic, it’s your job to dive into the operations of your client as well as the potential profitability of the ATM’s and give your client a clear picture of what to expect from this decision.
