But my interview was expedited for a full time position directly to the decision round without me even applying again. This is my situation. I immigrated here from Europe. I am 'older' and graduated college with a somewhat low GPA, almost 10 years ago. I have some solid work experience in sales and not-so-solid work experience as a self employed, marketing consultant.
