		<description>Jean, thanks for your comment. At this point, I&#039;d say your top 2 priorities will be networking and networking. Not a mistake - the only way you&#039;ll break in midcareer is by either going back to school, or knowing the right person. And the only way you&#039;ll know the right person is if you go out there, to industry events, Meetup groups, scour LinkedIn, etc to make that happen. Good luck!</description>
