		<description>I agree with this post 100% - I also like the way you don&#039;t mention standard frameworks. A lot of people think the Five Forces or the Four P&#039;s are the answer to everything. They are just one small component of the upfront structure strategy you propose. A lot of the time, a simple structure will suffice.</description>
