During his time at Bain, he mostly worked on private equity cases for leading PE and growth equity funds, with a particular focus on software companies operating across both B2C and B2B sectors.
His passion for technology saw him switch over to an operating role and become CFO and Head of Strategic Finance to two VC-backed startups, where he primarily focused on fundraising and executing operational improvements pertaining to process automation and KPI tracking.
Tobe thrives on being a generalist and has served various social impact organisations, executed strategy cases with financial services providers, manufacturers and industrials, and education institutions.
In his free time, he enjoys theatre, reading books and playing pétanque when he gets the chance.
